AUAI wear srl invites users to carefully read these General Contract Conditions ("GCC"), which govern the relationship with our company AUAI wear srl.

We believe that every experience, including the purchasing experience, should be clear, conscious, and frictionless.
For this reason, these conditions are not just a legal requirement, but a tool for transparency and trust.

The offers on www.auai.it are exclusively addressed to consumers acting for personal, non-professional purposes.

1. Conclusion of the contract:

By placing an order on the Auai.it website, the user declares to act exclusively for private purposes with the contractual partner AUAI wear srl. The contract is concluded by clicking the "Purchase" button and receiving the order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders generated by automatic programs or third-party services.

2. Prices, shipping costs and supply conditions:

The prices indicated on the website at the time of order are final prices, including VAT. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout and vary based on the destination and the purchase conditions offered on the site, unless specific shipping methods indicated in the order, such as express shipping, are involved. Furthermore, special shipping costs may arise in the case of orders below the minimum order value. The amount will be specified before placing the order and you will receive further information in the detailed General Contract Conditions.

3. Different payment methods:

Several payment options are available, for example, advance payment, credit and debit card, invoice or receipt, Paypal, Google Pay, Shop Pay. The payment methods actually possible at the exact time of order may vary and you will be informed about the concretely offered payment methods before placing the order.

4. Use of Coupons:

Discount coupons, or purchase vouchers, issued as part of promotional campaigns and gift cards purchased on our website can be redeemed during the ordering process. The respective conditions of the coupon used apply.

5. Right of withdrawal:

As consumers, you benefit from the legally provided right of withdrawal, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). This means that you can withdraw from this online contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without having to provide a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an email to info@auai.it stating the order number, name and surname, and the item to be returned. The product must be intact, unworn or unwashed, with original tags not removed, and returned within 7 days of the request. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

All other information on withdrawal is available in the GCC.

6. Voluntary right of return:

We offer you an additional voluntary right of return, which we grant you voluntarily and independently of the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Further information on the conditions and duration of the voluntary right of return is available in the GCC.

7. Refunds:

Any refunds will be automatically made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Reporting and complaint procedures; out-of-court dispute resolution

On the website www.auai.it we provide users with a system through which it is possible to report products or content deemed non-compliant with current legislation or our terms of use (hereinafter, "report") via the link https://www.auai.it/pages/contact. Each report will be evaluated and the outcome will be communicated to the interested user.

If no action is taken, the user will have the right to request a review of the decision (hereinafter, "complaint"). In the event of incorrect or abusive use of the aforementioned system, we reserve the right to temporarily or definitively suspend the management of reports and complaints from the user. Abusive use includes, in particular, the repeated submission of manifestly unfounded reports or complaints.
For the purpose of evaluating possible abuse and the consequent duration of the suspension, all relevant available elements will be considered, including, by way of example: the total number of manifestly unfounded reports or complaints, their incidence compared to the total communications sent, the seriousness of the conduct and, where ascertainable, the purposes pursued by the user.
Before proceeding with the suspension, a notice will be sent to the user in any case, also containing an indication of the duration of any measure adopted.

General Conditions of Sale (GCS) for purchases made online on www.auai.it

 AUAI wear srl, via dei Montefeltro 1B, 52037 Sansepolcro, AR, invites users to review these General Conditions of Sale ("GCS") which govern the purchase of products and the management of orders placed on the site.

We believe that every experience, including the purchasing experience, should be clear, conscious, and frictionless.
For this reason, these conditions are not just a legal requirement, but a tool for transparency and trust.

The offers on our website www.auai.it are exclusively addressed to consumers who make the purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to either a commercial or professional activity, but only private, unless a specific invoicing request is made.

1. Conclusion of the contract and delivery of products

1.1 By submitting an order, the customer declares to act as a consumer and for exclusively personal and non-professional purposes.

1.2 The submission of an order through the website www.auai.it entails the conclusion of a sales contract governed by Italian law and drawn up in Italian.

1.3 By selecting the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding order for the products in the cart. Following receipt of the order, AUAI wear srl will send an email confirmation. The contract will be considered concluded only upon receipt of this confirmation. In the absence of confirmation, the order will be considered ineffective.

In the event that advance payment has been chosen, shipping will only be made after actual collection of the full amount due, including any shipping costs. The customer is therefore invited to make payment promptly after receiving the order confirmation and in any case within 7 days, where this method is available.

1.4 If the products covered by the order are unavailable for reasons not attributable to AUAI wear srl, the customer will be promptly informed. In this circumstance, AUAI wear srl will not be obliged to perform delivery, unless it has expressly assumed the risk related to the availability of the ordered products.

In any case, if the products are not available, AUAI wear srl will promptly refund the full amount already paid by the customer, unless the latter explicitly expresses the will to wait for the product to become available again.

1.5 The obligation of AUAI wear srl is limited to the delivery of products actually available in its warehouse. If delivery times are indicated in working days, these refer to days from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

1.6 AUAI wear srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed using automated systems, such as software, robots, crawlers, spiders or similar tools, as well as via scripts or third-party services aimed at submitting orders on behalf of the user.

1.7 AUAI wear srl reserves the right to limit or suspend access to purchases for a period of up to 12 months for customers who have engaged in abnormal or abusive return behaviors.

2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery

2.1 The customer is required to pay the price indicated in the product sheet at the time of submitting the order. This amount is understood to be final and inclusive of VAT.

2.2 For orders under €90.00, shipping costs are €9.90 (VAT included), as specified in the cart summary during the purchase phase. These costs are applied by AUAI wear srl. Should the customer exercise the right of return in compliance with these conditions and current legislation, shipping costs will be refunded.

2.3 For orders equal to or greater than €90.00, standard shipping costs are borne by AUAI wear srl. Any costs related to additional services, management or special shipments are indicated during the purchase process and are due from the customer. It is understood that, in case of choosing express shipping, where available, the related costs will always be borne by the customer.

2.4 Express shipping is available only for certain products. If active, this option will be visible at checkout along with the related additional costs. Delivery is expected within a maximum of 2 business days. In case of failure to meet this deadline, the customer will be entitled to a refund of only the costs incurred for express shipping.

2.5 Depending on the destination, additional shipping costs related to distance or specific logistical conditions (hereinafter, "Long-Range Shipping Costs") may apply. These costs will be clearly indicated before the conclusion of the order. The related amounts will be charged by AUAI wear srl. In case of full return of the order, any Long-Range Shipping Costs will be refunded; otherwise, in case of partial return, these amounts will not be returned. The rights recognized to the customer by current legislation remain in any case unaffected.

3. Payment

3.1 AUAI wear srl provides the customer with various payment methods, including, by way of example: credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Shop Pay. AUAI wear srl reserves the right to limit or exclude specific payment methods, as well as to request alternative ones in relation to certain orders.

3.2 In case of payment by credit card, the amount due will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

3.3 The customer agrees to receive invoices, credit notes and any accounting document exclusively in electronic format, by sending them to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase.

4. Use of promotional coupons

4.1 Coupons (or promotional vouchers) are not for sale, but are made available by AUAI wear srl as part of specific promotional initiatives. They can only be used within the indicated validity period.

4.2 Unless otherwise indicated, coupons can be used only once and in relation to a single order, within the established validity terms. In certain cases, the use of promotional vouchers may be excluded for specific product categories. Coupons cannot be used for the purchase of gift cards and may be subject to reaching a minimum spending amount.

4.3 The total value of the purchased products must be at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. If the order value exceeds that of the coupon, the difference can be paid using one of the available payment methods. Promotional vouchers are not convertible into cash, do not accrue interest, and do not entitle to any refund, even in case of total or partial return of the purchased products.

4.4 Promotional vouchers can only be used at the time of order finalization; retroactive use or transfer to third parties is not permitted. Unless otherwise provided, cumulative use of multiple coupons for the same order is not allowed.

4.5 If, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the total value of the remaining order is less than the amount of the promotional voucher used, AUAI wear srl reserves the right to charge the customer the original value of the retained products.

5. Use of Gift Cards

5.1 AUAI Gift Cards are issued by AUAI wear srl and do not constitute electronic money, but rather a prepaid value not subject to the regulations applicable to electronic money instruments. Consequently, they are not subject to the supervision of the competent authorities nor do they benefit from the relative protections. In particular, there is no right to cash reimbursement.

5.2 AUAI Gift Cards can only be used on the website www.auai.it for the purchase of eligible products offered by AUAI wear srl, belonging to merchandise categories related to the person (such as, for example, clothing and accessories). It is not permitted to use a Gift Card to purchase other Gift Cards.

5.3 AUAI Gift Cards have a limited validity period of 5 years from the date of purchase. No refund, neither total nor partial, is provided in case of loss, theft or damage.

5.4 Gift Cards can be used up to the value indicated on them. It is possible to use multiple Gift Cards for a single purchase, within a maximum limit of €300.00 per order. Any remaining credit remains available for subsequent uses. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used and associated with the same customer account is limited to €5,000.00 per calendar month.

5.5 Unless otherwise indicated, Gift Cards are activated within 24 hours from the date of purchase.

5.6 Gift Cards can only be used at the time of order finalization and are not applicable to already concluded orders.

5.7 In case of order cancellation or exercise of the right of withdrawal for products purchased using a Gift Card, the corresponding amount will be re-credited to the Gift Card and made available again for future purchases. If payment was made partly by Gift Card and partly by other methods, the refund will be made primarily to the Gift Card up to the amount used; any excess will be returned using the originally employed payment method.

6. Right of withdrawal for AUAI wear srl Products

A simple experience, even when you change your mind.
Choosing online means trusting.
For this reason, AUAI guarantees a clear withdrawal system, compliant with regulations and designed to accompany you without complications.

The customer has the right to withdraw from any order relating to AUAI Products, without needing to provide any reason, by means of an explicit declaration to be sent to AUAI wear srl.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned once opened or used after delivery.

To initiate a return request, the customer can contact AUAI wear srl at the email address: info@auai.it.

6.1 Information on the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 1, letter h) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without having to state the reasons.
The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good.

In the case of orders comprising multiple goods delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the moment the customer, or the designated third party, acquires possession of the last product delivered.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify AUAI wear srl (e-mail: info@auai.it) of their decision by means of an explicit statement (e.g., by letter sent by post or email communication).
For this purpose, the standard withdrawal form provided in point 6.3 can be used, although its use remains optional.

AUAI wear srl will promptly confirm receipt of the withdrawal request on a durable medium (e.g., by email).
The right of withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the communication is sent within the 14-day period indicated above.

6.2 Effects of withdrawal

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, AUAI wear srl will refund all amounts paid by the customer, including standard delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of shipping methods other than the standard one offered. The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which AUAI wear srl was informed of the decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. AUAI wear srl reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products subject to return have been received or until the customer has provided proof of having shipped them, whichever occurs first.

The customer is required to return the products without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the communication of the decision to withdraw.

Product return conditions

Products must be returned in compliance with the following conditions:

• correctly packaged, preferably in the original packaging, intact, unused, undamaged or dirty, and complete with all accessories, labels, tags, instructions and documentation possibly included. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must provide, at their own expense, suitable packaging to ensure the integrity of the product during transport;

• accompanied by the transport document or other suitable item to identify the order (such as order number, customer name and address);

• free of signs of use exceeding what is strictly necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning. Products showing evidence of prolonged use or such as to compromise their resaleability are not allowed.

If the returned products do not comply with the conditions indicated above, or if one of the cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal applies (in particular for sealed products opened for hygienic reasons), the withdrawal cannot be considered valid.

Return costs and liability

Return costs are borne by AUAI wear srl only if the customer uses the return methods and documents provided and the shipment takes place from the same country of delivery. Otherwise, return costs will remain at the customer's expense.

The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

6.3 Standard withdrawal form

The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal using the standard form can download it from the website www.auai.it, complete it in all its parts and send it to:

The customer remains free to exercise the right of withdrawal even without using the standard form, by any explicit statement of their will to withdraw from the contract.

8. Extended return up to 30 days from receipt
More time, same clarity

In addition to the rights provided by law, AUAI offers you more time to decide.
A choice that reflects a conscious approach to purchasing.

8.1 Without prejudice to the right of withdrawal provided for by current legislation, AUAI wear srl grants the customer a further right to return purchased products within 30 days of their delivery. This option allows the customer, even after the expiry of the legal term of 14 days, to return the products and terminate the contract, provided that the return takes place within 30 days from the date of receipt.

8.2 To make a return, the customer can request the shipping label by contacting AUAI wear srl at the email address info@auai.it. For any needs or difficulties, you can contact Customer Service.

8.3 The 30-day period is considered respected if the customer ships the products within the relative deadline. The possibility of extended return is subject to the products having been used exclusively for a trial consistent with what is normally allowed in a physical store.
Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons if they have been opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetic products) are excluded from return.

Products must be returned intact, undamaged, complete with all accessory elements and preferably in their original packaging. In the absence of the original packaging, the customer is required to replace it with suitable packaging to ensure the protection of the product during transport.

It is understood that, within the first 14 days from delivery, the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) regarding the right of withdrawal apply. This extended return policy does not affect or limit in any way the rights deriving from the legal guarantee of conformity.

The extended return option is not applicable to purchases made using Gift Cards.

9. Refunds

Invoices will be issued exclusively in electronic format. 

9.1 Refunds are credited directly to the account or payment instrument used at the time of purchase. For example, for payments made via Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the Paypal account or credit card.

11. Guarantee for defects and non-conformities of products, final provisions and transparency

11.1 Purchases made through the website www.auai.it are governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) regarding the legal guarantee of conformity. The customer benefits from the rights provided for in Article 130 of the Consumer Code, to be exercised within the terms established by Article 132 of the same decree.

11.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available and can be consulted at any time on the website www.auai.it in the dedicated section. The user can save or print a copy using their browser's functions or export them in PDF format using specific software tools.

11.3 The customer has the possibility to save the order details and these conditions by saving the summary screen at the end of the purchase process or via the order confirmation email automatically sent by AUAI wear srl. This communication contains all the information relating to the order and can be archived or printed.

11.4 Main parameters influencing product classification

The display and order of products on the site may be determined by various factors, including:

• Relevance to the search: the system prioritizes products most consistent with the terms entered by the user, taking into account titles, descriptions, images, categories, applied filters and browsing behavior;

• Personalization: for registered users, the order of results can be adapted based on browsing history, purchases made and expressed preferences (e.g., size or style);

• Price: while ensuring the representation of different price ranges, the system can highlight products in line with user preferences or active promotions;

• Promotions and sponsored content: some products may benefit from greater visibility as they are subject to promotional campaigns or sponsored content. Such content is always clearly identified.

11.6 Transparency and user control

AUAI wear srl is committed to ensuring a clear and transparent purchasing experience. To this end:

• sponsored content is explicitly marked to distinguish it from organic results;

• the user can change the display order of products using different sorting criteria (e.g., by ascending/descending price or availability);

• the user has the possibility to manage their personalization preferences or browse without personalization through their account settings.

12. Applicable Law

12.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as sales contracts concluded through the website www.auai.it, are governed by Italian law. In particular, the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) regarding distance contracts, as well as Legislative Decree 70/2003 relating to e-commerce, apply.

12.2 In the event of disputes arising from or connected to these GTC and/or sales contracts, the customer has the right to resort to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tools, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 141 et seq. of the Consumer Code. Should the customer activate this procedure, AUAI wear srl undertakes to participate in the related amicable settlement attempt.

12.3 The services and offers available on the website www.auai.it are exclusively aimed at persons who are at least 18 years of age.
